ENHANCING NATIVE FOREST RESTORATION IN MALAWI (ENFRM)
Enhancing native forest restoration aims to to contribute to reducing the impact of climate change in Malawi by reversing such impacts through reforestation of native forests. The project is being implemented in 5 districts 6 sites namely:
Zomba in the eastern region of Malawi where there’s Soul Mate Foundation and Namajoka Community based organization and its sites are in Ulumba and Namadidi respectively.
Karonga district in northern region where there’s SOBA Youth club and the site is in Iponga
Chitipa district in the northern region where there’s Witimba Community Cooperative and the site is in Lufita.
Dowa district in the central region where there’s Navikoka Community based organization and the site is Nalunga.
Lilongwe district in the central region and the site is in Malingunde in GVH Mabwera
